Meet Chuck Imhoff


Chuck is a member of the Lady Lake Chamber and has lived in Central Florida for over 10 years.  H100_0589e is a graduate of Wittenberg University with a B.A. in Political Science and earned an MBA in Management from Case Western Reserve University.

Chuck has vast experience in Human Resources in various industries.  While in corporate America he was with General Electric, Dayton Hudson Department Stores and Belk Department Stores.  He was Vice President, Human Resources at Elcor Corporation, a manufacturing and construction company, and Vice President, Human Resources at McRae’s Department Stores.

He has been utilizing his broad background in Human Resources over the last 20 years conducting Executive Search and Human Resource Consulting.

Areas of consulting include conducting workshops in Interviewing Skills, Career Transition/Outplacement skills for individuals to find other job opportunities quicker and more professionally, Management Succession Planning, Employee Relations, conducting Climate Surveys and providing feedback to management regarding how their employees feel about issues such as communication, manager leadership, compensation, benefits, customer service, job security and many other issues.

He recently published his 5th edition of The Effective Job Search Plan which can be found on using keywords “Chuck Imhoff” or “The Effective Job Search Plan”.

Chuck is also a volunteer County Court Mediator, certified by the Florida Supreme Court.  He and his wife, Jackie, have two grown children.
